2017 Best Buddies Friendship Walk and Kyrie Irving Basketball Challenge

The 2nd Annual Best Buddies Friendship Walk and Kyrie Irving Basketball Challenge will bring together people from all over Ohio who are passionate about inclusion for people with IDD.

Friday night’s VIP party will immerse donors and sponsors in our mission, and provide an opportunity to meet NBA champion, Olympic gold medalist and Best Buddies Global Ambassador Kyrie Irving, as well as Best Buddies’ founder and Chairman, Anthony Kennedy Shriver.On Saturday, Ahmaad Crump, the “Voice of the Cavs”, and Anthony will kick off our 1-mile Friendship Walk surrounded by Best Buddies members and supporters. On Saturday, Ahmaad Crump, the “Voice of the Cavs”, and Anthony will kick off our 1-mile Friendship Walk surrounded by Best Buddies members and supporters. After the walk, a full-on party, with music and family-friendly activities, will lead into the Kyrie Irving Basketball Challenge, in which donors, sponsors, and Best Buddies participants will play on teams coached by Kyrie and Anthony, and refereed by NBA legend Jim Chones.
